Skillz Inc. (NYSE SKLZ WS at https://www.webull.com/quote/nyse-sklz-ws)  declared that it had started an underwritten public offering of 32,000,000 shares of its Class A mutual shares, with Skillz offering shares and certain selling stockholders offering shares. The underwriters would have a 30 day option to buy up to additional shares of Class A common stock from the selling stockholders. The offering is subject to market conditions, and no guarantee can be provided as to whether or when it will be completed or as to the size or terms of the offering.

Skillz will use the net proceeds from the contribution for employed capital and common corporate purposes. Skillz will not gain any proceeds from the vending shareholders’ trade of Class A common stock.

The offering’s joint lead book-running managers are Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup and Jefferies. Additional book-running managers include RBC Capital Markets, UBS Investment Bank, Wedbush Securities, and Wells Fargo Securities, with Canaccord Genuity and Stifel serving as co-managers.
